As vrea sa ma inscriu si eu in acest program in vederea plecarii mele in aceasta vacanta de vara in USA. Ideea e ca vreau sa stau la un prieten de familie si sa lucrez pentru el. Problema este ca trebuie sa completez formularul DS2019 in care specific unde voi lucra. Am inteles ca poti sa iti schimbi locul de munca in minim 4 saptamani dar eu vreau sa lucrez direct la prietenul meu, insa FARA contract de munca. As putea face acest lucru daca as renunta cu acordul angajatorului inca de la inceput la jobul ales initial?

In primul rand viza J1i iti este acordata doar in momentul in care ai o oferat de munca ferma si care respecat conditiile lor( ex de joburi: ospatar,barman,houskeeper,poti lucra prin parcurile de distractii,hoteluri etc).
