Buna,
m-am interesat la US Travel in legatura cu aspectul prezentat de tine.
Am primit prin e-mail raspunsul :
"Firma USTRAVEL trimite studentii cu contracte de munca legale semnate de angajator si student inainte de plecarea din tara (in programul pe Grecia si Spania) unde studentul initial primeste oferta ferma de la angajator si dupa ce o acepta i se face un contract de munca semnat de angajator si candidat, inainte de plecarea acestuia in Grecia sau Spania. Noi astfel facand tot posibilul ca studentii plecati cu UStravel sa fie multumiti de serviciile noastre si sa fie in deplina siguranta cand ajung la locul de munca dorit."
Acum nu stiu ce sa zic, eu am fost in Grecia anul trecut dar nu cu ei...Este cineva pe forum care sa fii lucrat cu ei?Cum a fost?E adevarata faza cu contractele semnate din Romania?

Un astfel de contract de munca nu este valabil. Pentru a fi valid, la semnarea lui trebuie sa fie prezenta ambele parti, agentia din Romania neputand fi mandatata sa semneze in locul angajatorului. Caror legi se supune acest contract de care vorbesc cei de la USTravel daca el se trimite semnat de angajator, mai semneaza odata studentul in Romania si se trimite inapoi? Ale Romaniei sau ale Greciei/Americii/Angliei/Spaniei/Italiei?
Ca exista o promisiune, ca ai ceva semnat, e adevarat. Asta iti poate da ORICE agentie din Romania. CONTRACTUL proriu-zis se semneaza acolo. Am fost de 2 ori in State si la fel s-a intamplat de fiecare data. Toata documentatia necesara angajarii mele acolo, a fost semnata in America.
Eu nu vreau sa spun ca ceea ce ei va dau nu ofera siguranta (acea oferta), atat timp cat ea poate fi verificata (date de contact ale angajatorului) dar vreau sa spun ca nu e corect ca ei sa duca lumea in eroare.
Pentru programele de care ei vorbesc, e adevarat. E un program de training,contractul are o forma legala, este semnat de angajator dar NU INLOCUIESTE contractul de munca. E un CONTRACT DE TRAINING.

Oricum, in momentul in care am ajuns in grecia, la angajator, nu a mai fost nevoie de niciun alt contract, singurele acte de care am mai avut nevoie au fost cazierele si cardurile europene de sanatate. Cu toate acestea, nu recomand nimanui sa plece in grecia la munca. Grecia e frumoasa de vizitat iar angajatorii greci se comporta jalnic...

Adevarul e ca toate firmele sunt "tzepari",dar asta depinde de ce te astepti sa ti se ofere.Eu am fost vara asta in Grecia cu US Travel pe un post de waitress la un hotel cu regim all inclusiv.Am avut un contract de 8 ore pe zi si o zi libera pe saptamana,dar in realitate lucram 10 ore pe zi(in strainateate a lucra inseamna a te misca inncontinuu atat cat iti este programul)si in 2 luni jumatate am avut doar 2 zile libere.De calatorit am si calatorit ,dar foarte putin si asta in cele 5 ore libere pe care le aveam la dispozitie dupa ce terminam tura pe la 23.30 astfel incat sa mai am si 3 ore de dormit inainte de a incepe lucrul dinnou pe la 8 dimineata.NU ma voi intinde la povesti ci iti voi prezenta dezavantajele sau adevarul despre W&T si "beneficiile "ce ti le asigura o astfel de firma in schimbul unei sume de bani destul de frumoasa:
- pleci cu contract,dar in Grecia angajatorul nu-ti realizeaza nici un contract de munca astfel incat ,practic,lucrezi la negru(nu ai contract de munca ,nu ai asigurare,nu ai drepturi de angajat,NU figurezi niciunde ca angajat la acel hotel)
- pe contractul din tara ti se spune ca vei lucra 8 ore cu 1 zi libera pe saptamana,dar in realitate vei lucra 10 ORE(uneori chiar 12),fara sa ti se plateasca orele suplimentare si fara nici o zi libera.
- tratamentul care ti se aplica aminteste de filmele acelea cu negrii adusi din Africa si folositi ca sclavii(voi sunteti sclavii din film NU eroii)
- salariul este o mare tzapa:tu esti platit pentru 8 ore cu 600 de euro in timp ce un grec este platit pentru 4 ore cu 800 de euro.
- esti obligat sa respecti o serie de reguli stupide cum ar fi:
-sa nu ai iubit care sa lucreze sau sa fie cazat la acel hotel
-sa vii imbracat in uniforma la lucru(casa era la un kilometru departare si aveam de traversat intreg orasu imbracati in uniforma de ospatar pentru aajunge la lucru)
-in nico un caz sa nu te plangi ca nu-ti convine ceva(nici agentiei in tara nici celor de acolo).Daca chiar nu-ti convine ceva sau daca te-ai imbolnavit si nu poti lucra temporar atunci esti trimis acasa(in tara).
-sa nu ai o parere a ta sau daca ai..pastreaz-o pentru tine
-sa nu inchiriezi masini sau scutere(daca ai un accident si te ranesti nu esti asigurat si asta poate crea probleme patronului,probleme legate de lege:)))
6.Daca ai bonusuri pe contract(cum ca dc ramai pana la sfarsitul contractului ti se mai plates inca 200 de euro in plus sau transportul,etc)vei fii concediat mai devreme astfel incat sa nu primesti acel bonus.
7.patronii sunt gretos de scarbosi,esti tratat mai rau decat un caine(cred ca am mai zis asta,dar merita accentuat aces punct).Eu sunt anul 4 la medicina,dar acolo eram un NIMENI si un NIMIC pentru ei.Nu aveau respect pentru mine si pentru ceilalti nici atat cat merita un om sa fie respectat,dar ce sa mai zic de un student.Nu intereseaza pe nimeni ca esti student sau presedinte sau Bil Gates,in ochii lor esti un sarantoc care are nevoie de bani.
De adaugat ar mai fii multe,dar nu se merita.Concluzia este ca daca esti in cautarea unei "experiente de neuitat"o vei gasi,dar nu va fii neaparat una pozitivaNu conteaza cu ce firma mergi ,pentru ca ele au toate relatii cu o firma din grecia care va gaseste de lucru.Am cunoscut persoane care au venit cu firme diferite,dar au avut aceeasi soarta(cam neplacuta).
Sfat:sa nu aveti incredere in nimeni acolo,mai ales in cei de aceeasi natie,varsta,profesie cu voi.
Da adaugat:
Cardul european de sanatate nu va foloseste la NIMIC.Valoarea lui este nula in Grecia si oriunde in Europa,cel mai bine ar fi sa aveti asigrare din tara.
Daca vreti sa incercat "W&T experienta" faceti-o din motivul cel mai corec:pentru banii.
Sa nu va asteptati la aventuri si distractie.Singurul gand pe care trebuie sa-l aveti ,modul in care trebuie sa ganditi este:"am venit aici pentru bani".Nu zic ca nu va veti distra..o veti face ,dar dezamagitor de putin.
Va urez mult succes si sper sa nimeriti mai bine decat mine.....si ceilalti 95%din studentii care aplica la astfel de programe.
PS:Vara asta voi merge dinnou in Grecia,dar nu ma voi mai astepta sa ma distrez si sa cunosc o groaza de tineri ci voi merge doar pentru ca acolo castig cvadruplu decat castig in tara.Pentru bani voi merge asa cum fac si parintii nostri care merg la "cules de capsuni"si Dumnezeu stie cate indura ei acolo.
